Energy Healing When I was about 20 years old, I sat down on my bed and tried to meditate for the first time. It didn't go very well. My mind was full of thoughts and I found it impossible to still the mind. What I did notice however, was a strange tingling sensation in my hands, around my head, and all around my body. "What the hell is going on here I thought to myself?" As I learned to meditate properly, I found that these sensations only became stronger. What I didn't know at the time was that I was simply feeling the life force energy that surrounds and permeates the entire universe. Different cultures have different names for this life force such as chi, prana, or mana. But ultimately, it is all the same divine energy flowing from the same divine source. This energy has the ability to heal us at the deepest of levels. In some cases, the healing might even be described as 'miraculous' because energy can go to places that even modern medicine can not. As an energy healer, I open myself up to act as a channel for the highest frequencies of healing energy that are available to us on the planet. I often work with spirit guides, the ascended masters, and the angelic realm to assist with a healing session. I place my hands on your body or just a few inches above the body (often correlating to the 7 energy centers of the human energy field.) You are fully clothed. The healing that takes place is multi dimensional in the sense that any disharmony or disease that you are experiencing in your physical body most likely began in your emotional and/or mental body, went on to effect your subtle body (the human energy field.) and then manifested itself in the physical body. So in an energy healing session, I work with all four of these 'bodies' to bring your being back into alignment with your true higher self which resides always in perfect health. As part of the healing journey, one will often experience a deep emotional release of old traumas that were being stored in the body. Allowing yourself to feel these emotions can be painful but at the same time joyful because you are making space for who it is you really are on a soul level. In the end, the goal is always the same: for bliss to reveal itself as your true nature and for what was deemed in-curable to be cured. Energy healing sessions last about an hour and cost $80.
